HHD supplies 0.9mm G.657.A2 bend-insensitive tight-buffered fiber for pigtail production, FTTH terminal boxes, ODF wiring and compact indoor fiber assembly. Compared with standard 0.9mm tight-buffered fiber, G.657.A2 is more suitable for small bend radius routing and dense installation spaces where stable optical performance is required.

Better Bend Performance

G.657.A2 fiber is designed for small-radius routing where standard singlemode fiber may suffer higher bending loss. It is suitable for FTTH boxes, indoor wall corners, compact ODF trays and dense cable management spaces.

Compact 0.9mm Structure

The 900um tight-buffered design takes less space than 2.0mm or 3.0mm patch cord cable, making it easier to route in high-density panels, splice trays and terminal boxes.

Reliable Pigtail Processing

The tight buffer provides extra handling protection during stripping, fusion splicing and connector assembly. It is suitable for LC, SC, FC and ST fiber optic pigtails.

Flexible Material Options

PVC or LSZH jacket options are available for different indoor installation requirements. Corning fiber option can be supplied upon request.

G.657.A2 Bend-Insensitive Single-Mode Fiber

Standard G.657.A2 bend-insensitive single-mode fiber spool. Features an attenuation of 0.19 dB/km at 1550 nm and 0.34 dB/km at 1310 nm, with a nominal spool length of ~50.5 km. Ideal for processing indoor breakout cables, pigtails, and patch cords.

EasyBand+ G.657.A2 Bend-Insensitive Single-Mode Fiber

Original EasyBand+ series G.657.A2 single-mode optical fiber. It offers superior bend resistance and low attenuation performance (0.19 dB/km at 1550 nm). Highly suitable for high-density data center patch cords, micro-armored indoor cables (e.g., GJFJKV / GJFJKH series), and FTTH drop cable manufacturing

This product is especially suitable for compact spaces where standard G.652.D fiber may face higher bending loss, such as FTTH terminal boxes, ODF splice trays, high-density patch panels and compact pigtail cable assemblies. For independent pulling or outdoor installation, HHD can also supply 2.0mm, 3.0mm or 0.9mm micro-armored cable structures.
