SC/APC Fiber Optic Jumper Cable, Patch Lead and Fiber Flylead

HHD supplies SC/APC fiber optic jumper cables, also called fiber patch leads, fiber flyleads, fiber optic patch cords or fiber patch cables in different markets, for FTTH, ODF, terminal boxes, CATV, GPON and indoor optical equipment connections. This SC/APC to SC/APC simplex 3.0mm singlemode cable is available in both armored and unarmored structures, with OS2 G.657.A2 bend-insensitive fiber for compact routing and stable optical performance.

Armored and Unarmored Options

For protected indoor routing, the armored version uses a  SUS204/304 spiral stainless steel armor structure under the outer jacket to improve resistance against bending, crushing, accidental stepping and rodent damage. For standard cabinet, ODF and equipment connections, the unarmored version provides a lighter and more flexible option for daily patching work.

G.657.A2 Bend-Insensitive Singlemode Fiber

The G.657.A2 fiber option is suitable for tight routing areas such as FTTH boxes, wall-mounted enclosures, ODF trays and high-density patch panels. It helps reduce bend-related signal loss in compact spaces while remaining compatible with common G.652.D singlemode network infrastructure.

SC/APC Connectors for Low Reflection Links

The green SC/APC connectors are designed for applications that require low back reflection, such as GPON, CATV, FTTH and WDM optical links. Each cable can be supplied with factory-polished ceramic ferrules and tested for insertion loss and return loss before shipment.
