HHD Fiber manufactures high-durability 4-core ODC to LC armored fiber optic patch cords and breakout cables engineered for harsh outdoor environments and broadcast networks. Built as a heavy-duty fibre optic patch lead featuring an IP68-rated waterproof ODC-2/4 connector on one end and LC fanout breakouts on the other, each assembly incorporates a flexible SUS204/304 spiral stainless steel armor tube beneath a UV-resistant 5.0 mm TPU jacket.
Also widely referred to as an armored patch cable or armoured fibre optic patch lead in international markets, this robust assembly delivers superior crush resistance, anti-rodent protection, and stable optical performance. Connector configurations and cable lengths can be fully customized for your specific installation. (Note: The ODC connector’s IP68 waterproof rating applies only when mated and does not extend to the LC breakout end.)
