LC to LC 12 CoreTPU Tactical Fiber Optic Cable Assembly with Deployment Reel|Rugged Field Deployable Fiber

HHD Fiber supplies pre-terminated TPU tactical fiber optic cable assemblies for temporary outdoor links, live events, broadcast production and field communications.

Each assembly is configured according to the required fiber count, fiber type, cable length, connector interfaces and deployment conditions. The cable can be supplied on a selected reel as part of the finished assembly to support cable handling, deployment and retrieval.

The tactical cable construction can combine a flexible TPU outer jacket with helical stainless-steel armor. Reel and connector arrangements are confirmed for the cable configuration and project requirements.

To check a configuration, please provide:
- Required cable length and fiber count
- Fiber type or transceiver information
- Connector type at each end
- Breakout length and connector-tail arrangement
- Deployment frequency and cable-route conditions
- Preferred reel arrangement, if known

FAQ

Can the cable be supplied pre-terminated on a reel?

Yes. HHD Fiber can supply a factory pre-terminated tactical fiber cable assembly with a reel selected for the cable and connector configuration.

Can I buy the reel by itself?

Yes. Empty reels can also be purchased separately. The price is higher when the reel is ordered without an HHD Fiber cable assembly.

Is the assembly suitable for vehicle crossings or continuous immersion?

Our standard cable is supplied with a general protective outer jacket. Do not assume that the cable or its connectors are waterproof or suitable for vehicle crossings. For traffic crossings or wet environments, the route protection and complete connector system must be specified for the project.

Can I request a custom connector arrangement?

Connector type, breakout length and end arrangement can be reviewed against the connected equipment and project requirements.
