Product Overview

The HHD Fiber 2 Core Indoor Micro Armored Fiber Optic Cable is designed for indoor fiber installations where standard patch cables may be exposed to crushing, pulling, repeated maintenance or rodent-related damage.
A flexible SUS304 spiral stainless steel armored tube is placed beneath the outer jacket, providing additional mechanical protection while maintaining a compact 3.0mm cable diameter.
Compared with conventional heavy armored cables, this micro-armored structure is lightweight, flexible and easy to route through equipment racks, optical distribution frames, cable trays and confined installation spaces.
The cable is available as bulk cable or as a customized pre-terminated assembly with LC, SC, FC or ST connectors.

SUS204/SUS304 Spiral Stainless Steel Armor

The internal spiral stainless steel tube provides 360-degree protection around the optical fibers, helping improve resistance to crushing, accidental impact and repeated handling.
Stainless steel also provides good corrosion resistance and long-term structural stability for indoor applications.

Rodent-Resistant Cable Construction

The metal armor helps reduce the risk of fiber damage caused by mice and other rodents in ceiling spaces, equipment rooms, cable pathways and building service areas.
